Lead Weapon Trainer
The Lead Weapon Trainer is responsible for the following:
- Regularly coordinating training of weapons trainers
- Manage weapon trainer team
- Weapons trainer roster
- Organise trainers for Friday nights
- Coordinate and manage training on Friday nights
- Weapon check desk
- Maintain and update the weapons trainer handbook
This role is best suited to individuals who have great leaderships and team management skills, efficient communication skills, excellent time management skills, are well organised, and are able to think creatively and logically. As the Lead Weapon Trainer, you do not have to be an expert of every weapon type, however you will need to be well-versed in the rules, have a good understanding of player safety, and be committed to developing player skills.
