The Treasurer is responsible for the following:
- Annual and quarterly financial reports
- Fundraising opportunities
- Renewing and paying insurance
- Paying venue hire fees
- Invoicing and reimbursements
- General banking, bookkeeping, record keeping
- Fund distribution and approvals, and allocations
- Asset management
- Preparing and submitting tax returns,
- Ensure safe custody of Battlecry’s finances
This role is best suited to individuals who have good communication and organisational skills, great attention to detail, and can think methodically and analytically. If you have previous experience as a bookkeeper or an accountant, this role would be best suited for you.
